To some degree, everyone's future relies on how well they do in school. Though I only play a small role in a student's future, my focus as a tutor is to help students so that they have a better chance at a good one. I attended St. Joseph's College and Long Island University. For the last nine years, I've worked as a private school teacher. At my school, we address each child as a complete being. We teach the child in a way that benefits each individual personality and learning style. The one-on-one aspect of tutoring lends itself to the utilization of individual learning styles.I provide an hour of hard work so that the students I tutor grasp whatever concept troubles them. I help with algebra courses, basic math courses, and science courses such as biology, earth science, and astronomy. I also offer test prep for Regents and more. I live in Bellport, New York, and outside of teaching, I like football.
